At Vintage Echos Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our Terms, Policies and Conditions are very simple — because simple is better!
Payments
PLEASE NOTE: Vintage Echos Jewelry is a Mandarava company. Your PayPal and/or Credit Card bill will show our merchant name as “Mandarava,” NOT “Vintage Echos Jewelry.” Mandarava is an American company, and we have been in business on the web since 1999. Vintage Echos Jewelry is our specialty site for vintage and vintage-style jewelry.
We use PayPal for all payment processing. We adhere to PayPal’s rules for settling misunderstandings between parties. We have been a verified PayPal merchant for many years.
Returns
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your purchase and receive a full refund. (Note: Refund does not include the cost of returning the item to us.) Please be aware that there is a 30 day time limit from the date of your original purchase for processing refunds.
Instructions for Returning Items for Refund:
Please notify us via our Contact Page within 10 days of receipt of your order if you need to return an item or items for refund.
Please include the following in your message:
1. Your Name
2. Your current email — we will need this in order to send you an Authorization Code and mailing address for the return
2. The Order Number & Date
3. The Item id(s) or Description of item(s) you wish
4. Reason for return of item(s)
After you receive your Authorization Number, please mail the item(s) you wish to return back to us as soon as possible. Items to be refunded must be received within 30 days of your original purchase date. Include either a copy of your original order and your Authorization Code, or just send a sheet with your Authorization code, Full Name and Order Number. Your refund will be processed at our discretion as either a check from us or a PayPal credit.
Other Returns
If you would like to exchange an item, please use our Contact Page to let us know what you would like to do. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us, as well as $6.50 shipping charge to send the exchange item to you.
Item Defects
Every single item sent from our ship is hand-inspected several times prior to shipping, so the likelihood of defect is small. However, if you receive a damaged item, please use the SAME method for return as outlined in “Returns” above, except that you have up to 90 days to return your item.
Shipping Policies: At this time, we sell and ship to the U.S.A. only. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, with the following exceptions:
–items returned for refund: customer pays for shipping item back to us
–items returned for exchange: customer pays for shipping original item back to us AND for shipping exchange item to customer
